Stephanie was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and is the director of Operations/Business Manager with over 15 years in the medical field. Her combination of experience and passion has led her to run multiple practices over the years. After working in the medical field, she obtained her Ohio Life and Health Insurance license. She worked as an independent contractor in the financial retirement /estate planning field as a retirement advisor.
Aesthetics has always been a massive part of her life and has helped make her the confident woman she is today. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, family and friends and traveling in her free time.
Heather is an AANP board certified Nurse Practitioner. She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Akron. She has been working in healthcare for over 14 years. She has always had a passion for aesthetics, but became more interested after having treatments done of her own. Her goal is to help people bring out their glow and look as good as they feel on the inside. When not working she enjoys traveling, especially to the beach, trying new restaurants, and enjoying time with friends and family.
Stefani has been in the beauty industry for over 3 decades. She is a trained cosmetologist and skilled esthetician. She focuses on skin care treatments personalized for your skin and will also provide you with a home care regimen plan that addresses your skin concerns and delivers results for every stage of your life. Her goal is for people to leave Serenity Medical Aesthetics looking great and feeling confident!
When she’s not sharing her love of beauty, she enjoys life with her amazing husband and two sons, including traveling and spending time with friends.

Crissy is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in NE Ohio and attended Kent State for her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2014. After working as an RN for over 7 years, she obtained her Master’s Degree at Kent State University. She became certified with AANP as an Adult-Gero nurse practitoner in Primary Care in 2022. She and her husband, Kris, have a dog named Scooby and yes, he loves Scooby Snax. Her favorite hobbies include spending time with family and friends, reading, and watching thrillers. Her goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves, promoting health, wellness, and quality of life for all her patients. She is very excited for the opportunity to join the Serenity team and looks forward to meeting everyone!
I had a custom facial done by Stefani and the CO2 laser with NP Halei. They both were so professional and welcoming. I could tell they have been so well trained and educated on the products/process of what they were doing. The office was very clean and had a soothing ambiance. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family!!
I had a hydrafacial and lip perk with Cathy! The facial was so refreshing and my skin felt amazing after leaving! Cathy was amazing and made me so comfortable! The office was super clean and the other staff members were great to work with on scheduling! I highly recommend and will definitely be going back!
Nurse Practitioner Halei did a heavy CO2 laser treatment on my face and neck for concerns of uneven skin texture, scarring and skin laxity.From the initial consultation through post care, the attention to detail and follow through was on point. The office is serene & luxurious- the staff members were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, so easy to talk to & down to earth. My overall experience was exceptional! I will definitely be referring my friends and family!
I got lip filler and dysport with Halei today, she walked me through every single step thoroughly. My lips look so so so good! I highly recommend this spa to everyone! They’re so professional, and they all made this experience so wonderful!!
