"Nurse Practitioner Halei did a heavy CO2 laser treatment on my face and neck for concerns of uneven skin texture, scarring and skin laxity.From the initial consultation through post care, the attention to detail and follow through was on point. The office is serene & luxurious- the staff members were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, so easy to talk to & down to earth. My overall experience was exceptional! "Wow! Fantastic & newer Aesthetics office in town featuring high end services that give exceptional results! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly face & the luscious decor. Halei (Nurse Practitioner) was very personal, attentive, & informative during my free consult to address my skin care concerns! Ultimately after my consult, I went with the CO2 resurfacing service (the Gold Standard in Laser Resurfacing!) Wow did this treatment make my skin glow!!Halei did an exceptional job making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. She was also accessible for any post treatment care questions. If your thinking about resurfacing services to reduce fine lines, sun spots, etc., I HIGHLY recommend the CO2 service by Halei at Serenity Med Aesthetics!!If you’re looking for lashes- then Hannah (Lash Expert) is your girl! Her room at Serenity Med Aesthetics is so cozy & inviting. She offers a variety of lash volumes & styles. I went with the "classic" lash set & I loved their subtle flirty! I’ve had lash extensions many times in the past & I was very pleased with the high quality product used & retention of the lashes! With good care, my classic lash set lasted me a ~3/4 weeks before any noticeable shedding (even with my natural lash regrowth)!They really focus on every detail at this office! From the ambiance the minute you walk in, throughout your personalized consult, to the exceptional services provided! I highly recommend both Halei & Hannah at Serenity Med Aesthetics!"

"I had an IPL and CO2 laser facial done with the NP Halei! The office is beautiful and the staff are professional and very friendly. Halei made sure that I was well informed of everything that was going to happen and gave me tips and tricks to help with the healing process. I previously had some stubborn dry patches on the right side of my face and haven’t had this happen yet this winter! I also recently had my lashes done by Hannah. This was my first time ever having lash extensions and Hannah took her time to make sure I had the lashes I was expecting. I will definitely be back for more services and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!"

I recommend anyone with stubborn fat to try the body contouring with Halei!
